High Definition Personal Training Group in Action

Recently we had a photo shoot at Pelham Bay Park, in the Bronx. Looking through the pictures, I couldn’t help but notice how much fun the team had doing it. Prior to the photo shoot, I informed them that it was more about them and not about training. Guess what happened?  A training session broke out!!!

 

For those that say exercising is not fun, I beg to differ. It is especially fun when you train in a group training environment.  Benefits of training in a group:

Group training sessions under the guidance of a  personal trainer can be of great advantage to every individual in the group and to the group as well. The first benefit that you can reap from a group training class is the constant motivation and encouragement that such a training session bestows on its participants.

 

Often it is seen that people tend to lose interest in the fitness program when working out on their own. But when training as a group you get into a healthy competition with other members of your fitness group which greatly helps you to stick to your fitness program.
