Recently we had a photo shoot at Pelham Bay Park, in the Bronx. Looking through the pictures, I couldn’t help but notice how much fun the team had doing it. Prior to the photo shoot, I informed them that it was more about them and not about training. Guess what happened? A training session broke out!!!
