1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Membership and Cancellations

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your specific membership agreement. Cancellation policies require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

3. Studio Policies

• Members must arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for all booked sessions to avoid forfeiting the session.
• Proper athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that High Definition Training, its owners, and employees are not liable for any injuries sustained during your participation.
