Simplify Your Training To Amplify Your Results

Most people who fail to see the results they want from their workouts do too many exercises with too many complicated techniques and too many days per week.

If what you’re doing isn’t working try doing less. You don’t need to be killing yourself in the gym 6-7 days a week. Try doing 3-4 hard sessions instead.

You don’t need a million sets. You can get great results doing 2-3 sets per muscle group/movement pattern, and 12-16 total sets per workout, a few times per week… if you’re willing to work hard enough and set PR’s.

I recommend picking a small pool of exercises and getting brutally strong on them over the next 6 months.

Don’t switch things up every week or add 79 other wacky things to your workout just because you saw someone do it on Instagram.

The principles of effective training haven’t changed in 100+ years.

Basics. Technical mastery of every rep. Progressive overload. Consistency.
